Time Capsules

When you create a Time Capsule, you agree that we will preserve the associated messages and files until the scheduled delivery date. This is necessary to fulfill our core promise of delivering your content to recipients at the time you specify. However, you retain full control:

You can edit or delete any Time Capsule before its scheduled delivery date
You can request deletion of Time Capsule data at any time by contacting us
After successful delivery, Time Capsule data is retained for 30 days before automatic deletion
If a Time Capsule fails to deliver (e.g., invalid recipient email), we will notify you and retain the data until you take action

Emergency Access

Emergency Access links contain encrypted payloads that we store to enable vault access during incapacitation scenarios. You can revoke or delete Emergency Access links at any time from your dashboard. When you delete an Emergency Access link, the associated encrypted payload is permanently removed from our servers.

Third-Party Services

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers:

Stripe: Payment processing
AWS: Cloud infrastructure and storage
Resend: Email notifications and Time Capsule delivery
Twilio: SMS notifications
